Furniture installation
Our factory-trained installers and experienced technicians offer quality service in our industry. Installing over 200 product lines, our crews are familiar with major manufacturers including Teknion, Global, Steelcase, BRC, Humanscale, KI, Keilhauer, Krug, Allseating, Egan Visual, and ASI. Many of our installers come with more than 15 years of industry experience and have worked with all major product lines.
Our highly trained installation teams quickly and efficiently move, reconfigure, and add to your furniture and architectural elements. We begin by reviewing your existing workspace and then will dismantle, move, and re-install it — expertly blending the various parts of your old system with new, refurbished, or used furniture to meet your new workplace standards.
Walls installation
We don’t mind saying that we are absolute masters at installing and servicing architectural walls. No matter how big or small your installation project is – we’ve got you covered. Our highly trained teams deliver and install architectural walls in a professional, timely manner. Storage / Asset management
PRO offers storage and asset management services in a climate controlled, secured warehousing facility to house your inventory safely and securely. We offer both long-term and short-term storage as well as last-minute storage requirements for your assets in the event of construction/site delays.
We also offer “real-time” reporting and inventory services for a variety of parts and accessories at our Canadian warehouses in addition to your furniture assets. We are proud of the reliable partnerships we maintain with local vendors to source new/replacement product and parts for our clients.
Project management
PRO Project Managers are ready and eager to assist your team with all aspects of your current projects or forthcoming initiatives, large or small. We are the “eyes and ears” on client sites – which can be beneficial when travel restrictions may make it difficult for your own Project Managers to be onsite.
Furniture Decommissioning
Our crews have experience in the safe, responsible, and eco-friendly decommissioning of office furniture, electronics, retail fixtures, that you may no longer require. If there is an opportunity for furniture to be reused or recycled rather than going to landfill, we will explore it.
PRO has partnerships with area charity organizations and specialized recycling centres to facilitate the redeployment or repurposing of your unwanted assets in an ecologically responsible manner. Environmental issues and concerns are closely considered when disposing and/or recycling your unwanted product. All product slated for disposal is reviewed and broken down to identify recyclable components with the goal of diverting as much as possible from landfill. Sometimes (depending on the material recycled), this may result in cash savings for you or tax benefits for items donated.
Move management services
We can assist you with all stages of relocation, from equipment rental to packing/unpacking assistance to the safe and efficient transport of your company assets.
We provide transparent, itemized pricing and “Real-Time” reporting on all projects and can offer help for every stage of new projects, reconfigurations, moves, decommissions, adds and changes.
